One humid evening last month, we were waiting for Daddy to come home and decided to leave a greeting on the front stairs. We had so much fun playing with the sidewalk chalk! I had to grab my camera, of course, and the pictures turned out to be my favorite recent ones of Atticus.
The photos were my main focus, and I selected a 12 x 12 grid paper in mint and a small piece of white cardstock for matting, along with my other Mosaic Moments tools: metal ruler, craft knife, Dotto adhesive, Lil Chizler, and cutting mat.
My goal was to convey the playfulness of the moment, which is why I didn't make the layout perfectly symmetrical.
I love to contrast his different expressions.
The blue in Atticus' eyes is really emphasized by the blue background, which I like.
I just love these photos, so I'm not surprised that I like the way this layout turned out, too!
