Page Pattern Description:
This is a fun pattern that can fit up to 13 photographs. It is completely made up of squares so there is no need to worry about fitting photographs that are either landscape or portrait orientation. Any will orientation will work in these spaces (as long as the main subject can fit within the square).
The top and bottom rows almost mirror each other vertically. The one exception is the 3.25 squares are in different spots. These rows both have 4.375 in. squares (these would show your main photographs) and 3.25 in. squares (place other photographs you would like to highlight in these spots). Each row also has two 2.125 in. squares which provides more room for photographs. Last there are 1 in. squares which is great for close up texture photos or pattern paper.
The center row is a border made entirely of 2.125 in. squares. These are wonderful spots for a title, journaling, Cornerstones or other embellishments. If you still have many photographs you would like to show, place them here.
"Happy Easter" supplies used:
This page was created with 12x12 Spring Green grid paper, plus Boysenberry, Cyclamen Pink, Medium Pink, and Pineapple Bliss Paper Tiles. I also used a Medium Pink Rabbit Cornerstone and Basicgrey™ pattern paper to brighten the page. The journaling was made with alphabet stickers.
Tip of the Day: Easter is coming - which also means easter egg hunts! Many people want to capture adorable kids out collecting eggs, but a lot of times this holiday comes during the time of year that is overcast and dull outside, like in the photos shown in the page above.
If your photos come out looking dull, brighten up the page by using fun colors. I highly recommend using bright colors for pages featuring photos of children. This is why I chose bright green grid paper and bright Paper Tile colors. I also wanted to make the page seem fun to look at. So don't worry if your photos were taken on a cloudy day, brighten up the page to show off the adorable kiddos!
