Page Pattern Description:
As the title says, this pattern has three rows of 1 in. squares at the very top, center, and bottom of the layout. I recommend using these rows for VERY close up photographs (below I used a close photo of a leaf). This is also a great design for using 1 x 1 in. photos (click here to see an example page showing this idea). Another recommendation for this page is using 1 x 1 in. letter blocks to make words and titles within the rows. I used the Free Alphabet Download for my page.
There are also two rows of larger block, for your main photos. The first large row has a two 3.25 in. squares and a 4.375w x 3.25h block. The center block is a great spot for journaling you may want to add.
The bottom large row has two 3.25w x 4.375h blocks with a 4.375 square in the center. I would use the center to show your "stand out" photograph or main focus of your page. I used this spot to show my favorite photograph out of the set.
"Drip, Drop, Rain" was created with Mosaic Moments™ Sandstone 12x12 Grid paper, and Robin's Egg and Carob Cream Paper Tiles™. The letters were created with Tami Potter's Free Alphabet Download.
Tip for Free Downloads: When you get your free downloads you can always print on different colors of card-stock. This way the blocks can match your page.
Spring isn't quite here yet, but I am ready for some lovely spring pages to be put up on the blogs and newsletter. The page above shows photographs of flowers I took after it rained that day. My Photo Tip of the Day is flowers look beautiful with water droplets. Take close up shots after it rains to make a lovely page this coming spring.
