Every year we wait with anticipation to get the new convention list from Creating Keepsakes, Scrapbook Expo, the Great American Scrapbook Convention (etc.) This is the list that will determine how we will schedule
our time for the next year.
After we get the schedule there are many decisions to be made. We have to determine which of the conventions we will attend, where will we offer classes, what the classes will be, etc. Once we make our decisions, contracts are signed, deposits are sent, class descriptions and images are created, and the process of making travel arrangements begins. It is a crazy and fun time for all of the exhibitors.

Of course the planning doesn't end with contracts and classes. I'll begin researching the areas for photo opportunities and fun stuff to do while we travel. You know what they say about all work and no play. :)
